This beautiful willow backed cello along with a new 398mm, 15 5/8th" Gasparo model viola, recent violins, and a few older instruments will all be available to try at Manchester. Along with other makers, I will be showing these fine instruments this week at the RNCM Manchester International Violin Competition.
The new viola has a very lovely and resonant tone.
